contact@nakshatraganita.inThe NakshatraGanita Calendar (PDF + phone calendar file) is ₹199. After you request it by email you'll receive a Request ID and UPI payment instructions. Once your payment is confirmed, we email your personalized PDF — usually within 1–2 days.
If your PDF hasn't arrived, or anything is wrong with it (wrong city, wrong language), just reply to that email or write to us — we'll fix it or refund you. There's no automated system; a real person handles every order.
The calendar is sold directly by NakshatraGanita. For any complaint about an order, write to our grievance officer at contact@nakshatraganita.in. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
The price shown (₹199) is the full price: nothing is added when you pay. Payment is by UPI, after you receive your Request ID. We never ask for card or bank details.
All astronomy calculations run entirely on your own device. The dates you look up and the city you choose are never sent to any server — the app works fully offline after the first visit. We do count anonymous page views (Cloudflare Web Analytics) so we know which pages are useful: it sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and collects no personal information.
The only information we ever receive is the name and email you choose to send when requesting the yearly calendar, and it is used solely to deliver that calendar and reply to you. We never sell or share it.
We keep your name, email and order details only as long as we need them to deliver your calendar, answer your questions and handle any refund — at most 12 months after your order — unless the law requires us to keep a payment record longer. Write to us and we will delete them sooner.
